TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Minimum length of stay 7 nights in August.
Cancellation policy: bookings cancelled from 20-7 days before planned arrival date: 2 nights’ penalty.
Bookings cancelled less than 7 days before planned arrival date: 3 nights’ penalty.
No show: the cost of the entire stay will be charged.
The rates for the entire week will be applied for shorter stays or for early departures.
“Check-In” hours: from 12:00 midday / “Check-Out” hours: 10:00
Prices are intended as per week and include: water, electricity, gas, daily cleaning, air-conditioning, weekly change of bedding and towels.
Final cleaning (compulsory): 30.00 Euro (studio flat), 40.00 Euro for two-roomed flat with 4 beds.
Mid-week change of bedding and towels (optional) 13.00 Euro per person.
Apartments are made available to guests from 12.00 midday to 8.00 pm.
Guests must depart by 10.00 am In high season (periods A+B) the minimum stay is 1 week In mid and low
season (periods C+D+E) rooms are also available for short stays Deposit 30% of total amount, to be sent by postal order, made out to:
Residence Marina Corta Vico Aretusa – 98055 Lipari (Me) Balance to be paid when given keys of apartment.
Deposit of 100 Euro which will be returned prior to departure.
PENALI DI CANCELLAZIONE
– Cancellazioni fino a 21 giorni prima della data di arrivo non comporteranno alcuna penale
– Cancellazioni da 20 a 8 giorni prima della data di arrivo: 30% dell’importo del soggiorno
– Cancellazioni da 7 a 1 giorno prima della data di arrivo : 50% dell’importo del soggiorno
– Cancellazioni nel giorno di arrivo o partenza anticipata: 100% dell’importo del soggiorno
