TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The prices are per day per flat and include: water, electricity, gas, daily cleaning, air conditioning, linen.
Daily change of bed linen and towels: (optional) = Euro 14,00 per person.
Daily change of bed linen only: (optional) = Euro 7,00 per person
Daily change of bed linen only: (optional) = 7,00 per person
On arrival day the delivery of the flats is from 12.00 to 20.00.
On departure day, the flats must be free by 10.00 a.m.
In the high season (A+B) the minimum stay is 1 week
In the middle and low season (C+D+E) the rooms are also available for shorter periods.
The booking is confirmed by a full payment of 30% of the total amount.
Balance on handover of the flat. Deposit 100 euros, which will be returned before departure.
CANCELLATION PENALTIES
– Cancellations up to 21 days before the arrival date will not incur any penalty
– Cancellations from 20 to 8 days before the arrival date: 30% of the amount of the stay
– Cancellations from 7 to 1 day before the arrival date: 50% of the amount of the stay
– Cancellations on the day of arrival or early departure: 100% of the amount of the stay/span>
